Therapy begins with an initial 20 minute consultation to assess your needs and how I may be helpful to you. The consultation call also gives us a chance to determine if we would work well together. When you are making this kind of investment in your growth, you will be most satisfied by going with the connection you feel with a potential therapist, and your trust in their competence to help you with your needs.

After our initial phone consultation, I will email you a link to the client portal where you can:
- Download and upload forms so we get the most out of our time together
- Schedule/cancel appointments
- Receive automated appointment reminders
- Make payments
- Attend your online sessions
Cost and Payment
I am not currently in network with any insurance companies, but your policy might still cover some or most of the cost of sessions with me as an “out of network” provider. Many insurance carriers cover 60-80% of out of network costs.
If you have insurance check with your carrier to confirm that you will be reimbursed for out of network services and at what rate.
I will provide all documentation necessary for you to submit a claim to your insurance carrier for out of network reimbursement.
You would be responsible for paying your session fees and submitting to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
You will need a credit card to schedule sessions with me.
